Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a Data & Information Architect to evolve our data and information architecture and support data-driven transformation. Reporting to the Head of BI & Analytics, you will review data flows, shape future-state architecture, and unlock value from our data assets.

You will collaborate with Technology, Transformation and BI teams, bridging technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable data solutions and ensure data quality and governance across the

Qualifications

Experience with data modelling and data governance (including use of tools).
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
Demonstrable understanding of data security, privacy and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve the organization's data and information architecture maturity plan.
Review and optimize data flows and state architecture for scalable data storage and retrieval.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI teams to design data warehouses/data lakes.
Define data standards, naming conventions, and data classifications.
Act as bridge between technical and business stakeholders across forums.
