Job summary
Hunter Dunning is representing a Lancashire practice seeking an Architectural Technologist to deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2–4 using Revit. The role involves coordinating technical information for healthcare and commercial projects, with documentation, detailing and drawing packages.
You will work with architects, associates and directors, attend meetings and client presentations, and support multiple live projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience within a UK architectural practice.
- Strong Revit capability is essential.
- Experience delivering and coordinating technical packages.
- Healthcare or commercial project experience is required.
- Experience producing technical details, specifications and drawing packages.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across project teams and concurrent workloads.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 using Revit
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications and coordinated drawing packages
- Produce accurate technical detailing and maintain organised project documentation
- Collaborate with architects, associates and directors throughout project delivery
- Attend project meetings, client presentations and technical coordination discussions
- Support multiple project packages during busy technical delivery periods
