Job summary
Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist based in Lancashire to deliver coordinated Revit packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 on healthcare projects. The role requires strong BIM capabilities, UK building regulations knowledge, and effective client coordination.
You will collaborate with architects, associates and directors, support junior technologists, and manage busy workloads, with two homeworking days weekly after probation and private healthcare after one year's
Qualifications
- At least four years' UK architectural practice experience.
- Excellent Revit skills and proven BIM workflow capability.
- CIAT registered.
- Healthcare or commercial project experience in the UK.
- UK building regulations knowledge and access to a car.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Revit packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4.
- Prepare specifications, technical documentation and coordinated drawing packages.
- Maintain accurate technical information across live healthcare projects.
- Collaborate with architects, associates and directors.
- Support junior technologists and manage competing project workloads.
