Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist in Lancashire to lead technical delivery on healthcare schemes, delivering Revit-based BIM workflows across RIBA Stages 2–4.

You will work closely with architects, associates and directors, producing detailed drawings, specifications and documentation, and you will mentor junior technologists while engaging in meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UK architectural practice delivering technical packages.
• Excellent Revit skills with BIM workflow management.
• CIAT registered.
• Experience on UK healthcare or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Driving licence and car access due to office location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2–4 using Revit.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and detailed drawing packages.
• Coordinate project information across healthcare projects.
• Collaborate with architects, associates and directors throughout technical delivery.
• Support and mentor junior technologists and other team members.
• Attend project meetings, client presentations and technical coordination discussions.
