Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Lancashire to support technical delivery across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 within a UK architectural practice. You will produce coordinated technical packages, drawings and specifications while collaborating with architects, associates and directors.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of UK practice experience, strong Revit capability, and experience on healthcare or commercial projects.

Qualifications

• At least one year of UK architectural practice experience.
• Strong Revit capability is essential.
• Healthcare or commercial project experience required.
• Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4
• Produce coordinated drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Support accurate technical detailing and document management
• Collaborate with architects, associates and directors
• Attend project meetings and technical coordination discussions
