Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist for their York studio. This permanent role sits within a national RIBA chartered practice delivering residential and commercial design services.

Salary ranges from £32,000 to £38,000, with a supportive environment for career development. The successful candidate will work on projects from inception to completion, prepare building regulation packages, submit planning applications and conduct site visits to ensure technical compliance,

Qualifications

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology.
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector.
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent technical detailing skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the York area.

Responsibilities
