Job summary

Bimplus, a RIBA chartered practice in Stockport, is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our award-winning team. The role centers on delivering projects from inception through to completion, developing innovative design solutions and producing high-quality technical drawings for diverse sectors.

You will liaise with contractors, attend design team meetings and site visits, and maintain strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• ARB registration is a must.
• Strong Part 3 qualification in the UK.
• Proficiency with Revit is essential.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors.
• Ability to run projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent drawing and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion.
• Produce creative design solutions.
• Develop high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
