Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to support delivery of a major industrial/commercial facility in the UK. The role focuses on producing high-quality Revit drawings for early design through construction, working with senior team members and coordinating with consultants.

Hybrid working is offered with office visits to Stamford about once a week, and there is a clear emphasis on independent workload management and meeting project milestones on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Excellent Revit skills and ability to produce technical drawing packages.
• Experience with RIBA Stages 3 and 4; Stage 5 experience advantageous.
• Able to work independently with strong time management and organisation.
• Willing to work from Stamford with hybrid travel 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit for RIBA Stages 3 and 4.
• Coordinate technical information with the design team and external consultants.
• Deliver drawing packages to agreed deadlines and maintain project standards.
• Work independently and remotely with limited supervision and strong organisation.
• Support a flagship industrial/commercial project and contribute to the wider portfolio.

Salary: Up to £45,000 + remote working + further benefits to be discussed

Our client a well-established Architectural and Project Management Consultancy with a strong focus on industrial and commercial projects is looking to expand its team with an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of a major new project. Our client have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality Industrial and Commercial developments across the UK.
The successful Architectural Technologist will join the business to work on a flagship high-end manufacturing facility valued at approximately £30 million, featuring a six-month design programme followed by around twelve months on site. The role is initially centred around this project but offers the opportunity to work on a wider Portfolio of work too.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit user who enjoys producing high-quality technical information and working independently. The consultancy operates a flexible hybrid model with travel to their office in Stamford only required 1 time a week, making this an ideal role for a self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload while delivering drawing packages to programme.
Their projects are typically within the Industrial and Commercial sectors, ranging from £2 million to £30 million, with a strong emphasis on technically challenging developments.

• Produce high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit, primarily across RIBA Stages 3 and 4, progressing into Stage 5 during construction.
• Work under the direction of senior team members while taking ownership of the production and coordination of project information.
• Deliver accurate and coordinated drawing packages to agreed deadlines.
• Work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, managing your own workload effectively.
• Coordinate technical information with the wider design team and external consultants.
• Assist in the technical delivery of a prestigious food manufacturing facility with a strong architectural focus and high-quality design standards.
• Contribute to additional Industrial and Commercial projects as workload develops.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong commercial or industrial project experience would be advantageous
• Excellent Revit skills with the ability to produce technical drawing packages efficiently.
• Experience working across RIBA Stages 3 and 4 (Stage 5 experience advantageous).
• Able to work independently with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while meeting project deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Live within a commutable distance of Stamford, or willing to attend the office approximately one day per week.

Salary & Benefits
