Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is helping a specialist industrial-sector practice recruit an Architectural Technician/Technologist for Newark, Nottinghamshire. You will produce and coordinate technical designs using Revit and AutoCAD, driving projects from Stages 2–6 on warehousing, manufacturing, energy and data centre schemes.

The role offers structured CPD, mentoring and a clear path to senior positions within a growing firm, with regular project workload and career progression.

Qualifications

Are you an Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or Revit Technician looking to take real ownership of projects and build long-term progression within a well-established practice known for quality delivery?

On offer is an interesting role, where you'll be responsible for producing and coordinating technical designs & information across predominantly RIBA Stages 2-6 on major industrial projects (including warehousing, manufacturing, energy and data centres), using Revit and/or AutoCAD.

This role would suit an Architectural Technician / Technologist who wants to job-run projects, progress long-term and develop their technical capability within a stable, growing practice.
