Architectural Technologist – St James’s, London

Up to £50,000 + annual bonus & full benefits

High-end residential + hospitality focus

Fully office-based, flexible hours

Join a RIBA-chartered design practice in central London, known for its beautifully detailed work across luxury homes, listed buildings, and international resorts. You'll be working through RIBA stages 4 & 5 on a mix of refurb and new-build projects in the UK and abroad.

What you’ll do

• Produce detailed and technical designs
• Coordinate with consultants and site teams
• Create tender and construction packs including NBS specifications
• Attend site inspections and manage technical queries
• Report to senior architects and directors

What you’ll need

• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
• 3+ years’ UK project experience
• Background in high-end residential or luxury hospitality projects
• Knowledge of Vectorworks is ideal (not essential)
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and site experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
