Job description

Our client, a highly reputable architectural practice, is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in London.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily support in the use of Revit
  • Provide technical knowledge to help deliver projects across various RIBA stages
  • Implement and monitor BIM standards, working closely with the Head of BIM
  • Maintain project BIM Execution Plans and Master Information Delivery Plans
  • Manage project Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Aconex and BIM 360
  • Support model management, including BIM planning, collaboration, and coordination
  • Maintain, issue, and federate stakeholder models
  • Coordinate and participate in Clash Detection Meetings with the design team
  • Ensure compliance with UK BIM standards, including BS EN ISO 19650, PAS, and BS 1192
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Full working knowledge of UK BIM standards and COBie
  • Excellent Revit and BIM 360 knowledge
  • Strong technical detailing skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Personable, confident, with a strong team spirit
