Job summary

Bimplus, an international award-winning practice in London, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their London studio on a permanent basis. You will contribute to technical design development and BIM delivery across RIBA stages 2–4, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology.
• Chartered member or working towards CIAT Chartership.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects across various sectors.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Job running experience is desirable.
• Strong technical detailing skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce compliant technical design solutions for architectural design intent.
• Produce detailed design information across RIBA stages 2 through to 4.
• Work alongside the project team to ensure projects comply with UK building regulations.
