Job summary

Planning Recruitment Limited has an opportunity for an Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist to join an established practice. The role involves delivering technical details and construction information across diverse data centre, office and residential schemes, with a focus on technical delivery at RIBA Stages 3–5.

You will work within a growing team from an expanding office, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality technical output and a supportive

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in architectural practice.
• Strong Revit skills with in-practice experience.
• Strong technical experience across RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Experience producing detailed technical and construction information.
• Confident working collaboratively within a project team.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical information across RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Produce detailed technical and construction information.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure design intent is realised.
• Support design development and technical delivery throughout projects.
