Job summary

Confero Recruitment Group has partnered with a respected architectural practice seeking an Architectural Technologist with 2–5 years' experience. The role spans design development to construction across Residential, Commercial and Education, with a hybrid working pattern: 2 days in the office.

You will produce detailed drawings, assist with planning and Building Regulations submissions, and coordinate with consultants and the design team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of architectural technology experience.
• Strong technical and construction knowledge.
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Hybrid Working: 2 Days Office / 3 Days Home

Are you an Architectural Technologist with 2–5 years' experience looking to develop your career within a well-established architectural practice?

We are working with a respected architecture studio that delivers projects across a diverse range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Conservation and Masterplanning.

Due to continued growth and a strong workload, they are looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative team and contribute to projects from design development through to construction.

The Role

You'll be working alongside architects and senior technical staff on a varied portfolio of projects, helping to produce high-quality technical information and assisting in the delivery of projects through multiple RIBA stages.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their sector exposure and gain greater responsibility within a supportive environment.

• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• You must have a right to work in the UK.
