Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. in Maidstone are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their established architectural team on high-rise residential and education projects.

You will produce and coordinate detailed drawings, support technical design through RIBA Stages 4 and 5, and work closely with engineers and contractors in a collaborative, hybrid-working environment. A competitive salary and progression opportunities are on offer.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Several years' experience in an architectural practice or built environment consultancy.
• Strong technical ability with delivery through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• Strong knowledge of Revit.
• Understanding of planning processes, Building Regulations and relevant technical standards.
• Experience coordinating technical information and producing detailed construction drawings.
• Live within a commutable distance of Maidstone.

Bennett & Game are representing a long-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Maidstone, offering an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an established architectural team working on a varied portfolio of projects. With a particular focus on high-rise residential developments and education schemes, this is an opportunity to contribute to technically challenging projects, from large-scale residential developments to new-build and refurbishment projects across the education sector.

The successful Architectural Technologist will play an important role in the technical design and delivery of projects, producing detailed drawing packages and coordinating information with consultants and contractors. Working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, take ownership of project information and gain exposure across key RIBA stages, particularly Stages 4 and 5. A competitive salary of up to £45,000 is on offer, alongside hybrid working, flexible hours, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training and clear progression opportunities. The practice is also flexible on level, with the role and title open to discussion depending on the experience of the successful candidate.
