Working mainly within educational, healthcare service and leisure based projects, the core ethos of this company is to prioritise the well-being of the inhabitants and the spaces that they create. As an experienced Architectural Technologist you will display passion and professionalism, collaborating with team members across all RIBA stages 2 and onward. This is a great opportunity for a creatively focused, ambitious individual that can hit the ground running and partake in the delivery of schemes recently secured. You will need to work closely with the wider design and technical team members, alongside external parties including clients and contractors. A confident, decisive manner is essential to allow programme milestones to be met, in addition to strong communication skills, and proven project running experience.
Key Responsibilities
Work within a collaborative team across RIBA stages 2 and onwards all within education, healthcare and leisure sectors.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of three years' post qualification experience, with a proven ability to design in accordance with statutory design requirements.
