They have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join their technical team in the Northwest region, based in Liverpool.

Reporting to the Technical Director, the Architectural Technician is a key role within the technical team, serving as the main contact for the Planning and NHBC Portals, and managing invoice tracking and document systems to ensure consistency and reliability.

The main purpose of this role is to provide architectural support and technical guidance for regional office and site-based operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Preparing working drawings and providing details for site operations, including managing design details for bespoke units.
  2. Resolving and monitoring site queries to promote product development.
  3. Coordinating with and managing specialist suppliers, integrating their requirements into working drawing packages.
  4. Producing architectural details for non-standard designs.
  5. Securing Building Regulation approvals.
  6. Procurement of landscaping surveys, designs, and management plans.
  7. Generating information to support legal and sales teams (e.g., deed plans).

The ideal candidate will have an engineering-related qualification, degree, or equivalent, along with proficiency in design and technical software such as Revit and AutoCAD, and strong IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
