Architectural Technician

Leeds (Commutable from: Bradford, Harrogate, Skipton, Ilkley, Shipley, Pudsey, Otley)

Are you an Architectural Technician looking to sharpen your technical skills with MCIAT support, Revit training and a structured CPD programme? Do you enjoy producing high-quality Building Regulations packages and working to deadlines on varied schemes?

This is a permanent position with a well-established, growing design consultancy where you'll be properly invested in and supported with long-term technical and career progression, not just a job doing drawings. You'll have clear development routes and the backing to broaden into either residential or commercial projects over time.

The well established consultancy continues to grow year-on-year delivering high-quality Residential and Commercial projects. They're known for retaining staff and building a supportive environment with ongoing training (including Revit, 3D rendering and regular CPDs).

You'll be Leeds-based, producing detailed technical and Building Regulations drawings, supporting planning applications, carrying out measured surveys/site visits, and coordinating with consultants to ensure compliance across projects from small domestic work through to larger developments.

This role suits an Architectural Technician who wants structured training, stronger technical depth, and the chance to shape a long-term specialism within a stable consultancy.

The Role:

The Person:

• Diploma in Architectural Technology / Architectural Technician (or equivalent)
• Experience producing Building Regulations drawings with strong construction methods knowledge
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit
• Commutable distance to their office in Leeds and have your own vehicle
