Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Specification Sales Manager for the London area to drive specifications for a prestigious architectural lighting range. You will predominantly engage with architects to generate specifications, while also influencing contractors and lighting designers to convert opportunities.

The role targets high-end markets in London with a remuneration package of £55,000-£65,000 plus uncapped commission, car allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have project-led sales experience selling to both architects and contractors.
• Interiors experience in lighting, acoustics, high end flooring, furniture.
• Energetic, vibrant and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Specification sales promoting a high-end manufactured range of architectural lighting.
• Sell to and generate specifications with architects.
• Sell to and influence contractors and lighting designers.
• Turnover target to be confirmed depending on experience.
