Job summary

Purcell in London is seeking a self-motivated Copywriter to shape editorial materials for digital and print. Based in our London studio, you will collaborate across the practice within the Work Winning Team to craft clear, engaging content that strengthens the brand and supports audience storytelling.

The role requires strong editing, storytelling and SEO awareness, with experience across thought leadership, website copy and award submissions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience writing for heritage/architecture sectors.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
• Experience creating award submissions and thought leadership content.
• Collaborative and able to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread a range of materials to maintain tone and brand.
• Write engaging content for articles, submissions, websites and brochures.
• Develop content for social media, newsletters and campaigns.
• Create project narratives to showcase Purcell's work.
• Coordinate with teams to translate information into audience-friendly copy.
• Maintain brand voice and guidelines across communications.
