Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with strong design sensibility.
• Experience in housing, ideally social or affordable residential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with willingness to upskill quickly.

Responsibilities

• Leading and contributing to design development across RIBA Stages 2–4.
• Producing concept, planning and technical information for housing projects.
• Working closely with local authorities, housing associations and community stakeholders.
• Ensuring design quality is maintained through delivery.
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to studio culture.
