Job summary

Confero Recruitment Group is seeking a design-focused Architect to join a Glasgow-based practice with a strong emphasis on social, affordable and mid-market housing. This long-term opportunity offers a clear progression path, with potential equity involvement as the studio evolves.

You will lead design development across RIBA Stages 2–4, produce housing concept and technical information, and collaborate with local authorities, housing associations and community stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

  • Qualified Architect with strong design sensibility
  • Experience in housing, ideally social or affordable residential would help but is not essential.
  • Confident working through early design stages and presenting ideas clearly
  • Proficiency in Autocad and Revit (or willingness to upskill quickly)
  • Someone collaborative, thoughtful and passionate about creating better places
