• Qualified Architect with strong design sensibility.
• Experience in housing, ideally social or affordable residential.
• Confident working through early design stages and presenting ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development across RIBA Stages 2–4.
• Produce concept, planning and technical information for housing projects.
• Work with local authorities, housing associations and community stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality is maintained through delivery.
• Support junior team members and contribute to studio culture.
