Pick Everard is seeking an Associate Architect to lead and shape an expanding London/Nottingham/Bristol architectural team. The role involves guiding design development, coordinating complex multi‑discipline projects and ensuring high quality technical output.

You will work across RIBA stages, develop design concepts, mentor junior staff and engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver sustainable, high‑standard architectural solutions.

Qualificações

• Registered Architect with substantial post‑qualification experience.
• Proven track record leading and delivering multi‑sector projects.
• Experience managing design development through all RIBA stages.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director in client relationships, project performance and resource planning.
• Lead design development and technical solutions across project stages.
• Contribute to project delivery strategies including programming, fees and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive coordination across disciplines and maintain effective communication within the consultant team.
• Represent the practice in meetings, reviews and stakeholder engagements.
