Zusammenfassung

Pick Everard is seeking a Senior Architect to lead a design team in London, Nottingham or Bristol, delivering across custodial, education, healthcare and other sectors. You will drive design excellence, sustainability and technical delivery from concept through to completion, collaborating with senior leadership and clients.

Excellent Revit proficiency, strong communication and stakeholder management are essential; MoJ or custodial project experience is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration.
• Extensive post-qualification experience with a track record of delivering complex architectural projects.
• Experience leading large-scale, multidisciplinary project teams from concept to completion.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong technical and coordination capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, technical detailing, specification and coordination of projects across all stages.
• Develop and oversee project briefs, fees, programmes, budgets and deliverables with the Project Director.
• Act as a key client contact and maintain effective communication with project teams.
• Plan, chair and coordinate project meetings, design reviews and coordination workshops.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and ensure successful integration of all disciplines.
• Keep the Project Director or Senior Architectural Lead informed of progress, risks and opportunities.
