Pick Everard is seeking an Associate Architect to join our growing architectural team across London, Nottingham or Bristol. You will work across RIBA stages on a varied programme including the Ministry of Justice Future Prisons Programme, taking a lead on design development, technical detailing and project coordination.

You will collaborate with Directors and multidisciplinary teams, manage briefs and deliverables, and mentor junior staff while driving design quality and sustainability across

Formación

• Qualified as a registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading design development and technical detailing across multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to manage project briefs, fees, costs, programmes and deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the Director in managing key client relationships, project performance, and resource planning.
• Leading the development of design concepts and technical solutions across various project stages.
• Contributing to project delivery strategies, including programming, fees, and risk management.
• Taking responsibility for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Driving coordination across disciplines and ensuring seamless communication within the wider consultant team.
• Representing the practice in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder engagements with professionalism and insight.
