Pick Everard is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design team across multiple offices (London, Nottingham, Bristol). You will drive design quality, coordinate complex packages and ensure successful project delivery from concept through to construction, across custodial, education, healthcare and other sectors.

You will join a supportive national team, with opportunities for training, career development and exposure to major projects such as MoJ work.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration.
• Extensive post-qualification experience delivering complex architectural projects.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams from concept to completion.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional design outcomes.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles (desirable).
• Experience delivering MoJ or custodial projects (desirable).
• Experience using NBS Chorus (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee project briefs, fees, programmes, budgets and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and efficiently.
• Lead design, technical detailing, specification and coordination of projects across all stages.
• Act as key client contact, build strong relationships and maintain communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Plan, organise and chair project meetings, design reviews and coordination workshops.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective integration of all disciplines.
• Keep leadership informed of progress, risks and opportunities and seek guidance when needed.
