Pick Everard is seeking an Architect to join our expanding Architectural team in London, Nottingham or Bristol. You will lead design development across RIBA stages with the custodial sector focus and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration.
• Post-qualification experience delivering projects within a consultancy or architectural practice.
• Strong Revit skills and ability to produce high-quality technical outputs.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and teams.
• Proactive, enthusiastic approach and passion for great design.
• Custodial sector experience is desirable.
• Understanding of sustainable design and low-carbon solutions desirable.
• Familiarity with NBS Chorus desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support design solution development, detailing, specifications and project coordination under supervision.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure delivery.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, design reviews and coordination workshops.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.
