Job summary

Pick Everard is seeking an experienced Architect to join our expanding architectural team in London, Nottingham or Bristol. You will lead design developments across a range of sectors, contribute to sustainability-focused projects, and collaborate with clients, consultants and fabricators from early design through to delivery.

The ideal candidate holds RIBA Part 3 and ARB registration, has post‑qualification experience, strong Revit skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration are essential.
Post-qualification experience in a consultancy or architectural practice is required.
Strong Revit skills and ability to produce high-quality technical outputs.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and project teams.
Desirable: experience in custodial sector and knowledge of sustainable design.

Responsibilities

Support design solutions, technical detailing, and project coordination under senior supervision.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams for successful delivery.
Attend project meetings, design reviews, and coordination workshops.
Work across multidisciplinary environments to deliver integrated design solutions.
Provide guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative culture.
