WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Qualified Architect to support concept, planning and the technical design of construction projects across multiple sectors. You will lead specific design aspects, develop drawings and 3D presentations, and guide junior team members within the project team.

Responsibilities include producing design documents, collaborating with clients and consultants, and delivering tenders and construction-stage packages.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and document construction projects in the UK.
• Experience with concept through construction stages.
• Strong collaboration with project teams and clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop, modify and review drawings to reflect design intent under guidance.
• Create design concepts, sketches and 3D models; produce presentations and reports.
• Work on multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgets while applying resources efficiently.
• Interact with clients and consultants, present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Prepare architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details per project standards.
• Develop solutions to design problems following established standards.
• Assist in defining project scope, plans and services during contracts.
• Prepare 2D/3D presentations, drawings and renderings.
• Compile data and perform basic design computations.
• Support Project Designers and Architects with materials research.
