Job summary

Penguin Recruitment are assisting a West Midlands RIBA chartered practice in Birmingham to recruit a Senior Architect to lead education projects. You will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring high-quality design and compliance with RIBA stages.

The ideal candidate is ARB registered with a strong Part 3 and proven experience in education schemes, proficient in Revit, and located within a commutable distance of Birmingham.

Qualifications

• ARB registration is required.
• Strong post Part 3 qualification experience in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience delivering education projects across all RIBA stages.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver education projects from inception through to completion.
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
• Issue working drawing packs of information.

They are on the lookout for a talented Senior Architect to lead on a range of Education projects for their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Manage and deliver education projects from inception through to completion
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages

Requirements for the role of Senior Architect:
