Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Brighton is seeking an experienced Architect to join a national RIBA chartered practice working on conservation and education sector projects. Duties include managing projects from inception to completion, producing creative design solutions, developing high-quality drawings and specifications, liaising with contractors, and attending design team meetings and site visits.

• ARB registered and able to practice in the UK.
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience on projects across multiple sectors.
• Education/conservation sector experience is advantageous.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
