Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Architect to join a Birmingham-based award-winning RIBA chartered practice. You will lead education projects from inception to completion, delivering detailed information across all RIBA stages.

The role requires ARB registration, strong Revit skills, and a track record of managing education-sector schemes within a UK practice. Excellent drawing, communication and organisational abilities are essential, with a ready commute to Birmingham.

Qualifications

• AR B registered with UK practice.
• Experience delivering education-sector projects within a UK practice.
• Proficient in producing detailed information for all RIBA stages.
• Strong drawing and design skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Able to work within a commutable distance to Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver education projects from inception through to completion.
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Work with the design team on day-to-day project information.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
• Issue working drawing packs of information.
