Job summary

Archway (Respite Care and Housing) Ltd in Kingswells is seeking two part-time 36-hour Support Worker positions. The role involves delivering person-centred care, supporting daily living, personal care, medication administration and meaningful activities to promote dignity and independence.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable team players with good communication skills. A relevant SVQ 2 (or willingness to achieve) is essential; sponsorship to work in the UK is not available.

• Experience in care is beneficial and a compassionate, committed approach is expected.

Description

We currently have two 36-hour Support Worker position available at our Kingswells Service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship to work in the UK.

Our supported living services support adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own home, with flexible, tailored support to meet their needs.

We are currently looking for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our team.

You’ll provide person-centred care and support in all aspects of daily life – including personal care, administering medication and engaging in activities whilst promoting dignity, choice, and independence.

We’re looking for people with a caring nature, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. A relevant SVQ 2 (or willingness to achieve this) is essential, as is a genuine commitment to high-quality care.

Please note: The salary displayed above is a Full-Time Equivalent based on a 39 hour week.
