Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to oversee Arboriculture and Grounds Maintenance operations at Chaffin Works in Polegate. This role can be based in Maidstone or Polegate and involves supervising day-to-day site activities with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This permanent, full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm, with overtime flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities and industry experience.
• Experience supervising arboriculture or grounds maintenance projects.
• Ability to manage on-site teams and ensure safe, efficient task completion.

• Oversee daily site operations for Chaffin Works.

• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders.
