Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an Arboriculture & Grounds Maintenance Operative for Maidstone (and nearby areas). The role involves outdoor work on arboriculture projects across Kent and Sussex, with regular overtime and a clear path to progression.

Salary is day-rate with enhanced overtime and realistic OTE. Typical duties include supporting tree surgery and grounds maintenance tasks, with overtime flexibility to cover evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• CS30 & CS31 required.
• CSCS Card required.
• Chipper operator experience.
• Strimmer operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on arboriculture and grounds maintenance projects across Kent and Sussex.
• Support tree surgery and outdoor labouring tasks.
• Flex overtime including evenings and weekends when required.
• Commit to long-term career progression with regular training.

Arboriculture & Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Maidstone or Polegate

Pay: £121-£130 per day + Enhanced Overtime (OTE £40,000-£50,000+)

Contract Type: Full Time | Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.00am-4.00pm - Overtime flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends, when required.
