The Team Leader - Arboriculture and Grounds Maintenance will supervise daily site operations for Chaffin Works in Polegate.

This permanent, full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm, with overtime flexibility required for evenings and weekends. Pay ranges from £125 to £150 per day, with enhanced overtime bringing an on-target earnings potential of £50,000 to £60,000 or more. You will manage site teams, ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks, and serve as the primary on-site contact.
