Job summary

Senploy is partnering with a thriving Finchley primary school to recruit an experienced School Administrator (Arbor Specialist). You will manage the Arbor MIS, maintain records, track attendance, and support the SLT with day-to-day operations.

You will be the front-line contact for parents and staff, handling communications, bookings, and administrative tasks in a busy school office, while ensuring confidentiality and high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Arbor MIS experience in a school office.
• Experience as a School Administrator/Receptionist/Data Officer in a primary/secondary school.
• Strong IT literacy and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Input, maintain and update student records using Arbor MIS.
• Track attendance and generate statutory reports.
• Manage school reception and handle calls, emails, visitors.
• Assist with dinners, trips, and club bookings via Arbor; send parent communications.
• Support SLT and School Business Manager with admin tasks, timetables and filing.
