Job summary
Hunter Dunning is seeking an ARB-registered Architect to join our established practice in Chichester. You will contribute across design, planning, technical and delivery stages, producing coordinated information from concept through construction.
The role demands strong design and technical ability, experience with UK Building Regulations, and clear communication with clients and design teams. Revit experience would be beneficial.
Qualifications
- ARB-registered Architect with UK project experience.
- Strong design and technical ability across multiple RIBA stages.
- Experience producing drawing packages and coordinated technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Revit experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Work across design, planning, technical design and construction stages.
- Develop design proposals, drawings and coordinated project information.
- Support project teams through planning, technical and delivery stages.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and wider design teams.
- Contribute to design reviews, studio discussions and detailed coordination.
- Support projects across education, SEND, residential, healthcare and community sectors.
