Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Leeds is seeking an ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience to join our growing team. You will contribute to projects across the RIBA stages, develop planning and technical drawings, and coordinate with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience.
• Experience across multiple RIBA work stages within a UK architectural practice.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
• Proficient in Revit with a working knowledge of BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects from concept through to completion across the RIBA work stages.
• Develop planning, technical, and construction drawing packages with specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate project information with internal teams, consultants, clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme, budget, quality and UK legislation.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews, site visits and project meetings as required.
• Support bids, presentations and business development activities.
