• Experienced and confident architect with strong experience in residential and/or education projects.
• Demonstrates excellent design thinking and attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to completion.
• Provide design leadership and strategic input across key commissions.
• Manage project teams, consultants, and delivery programmes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members.
• Ensure the highest standards of design quality and technical delivery.
