Job summary

Hunter Dunning is recruiting for an Architect in Winchester, Hampshire to work on bespoke private residential designs across all RIBA stages. You will contribute to detailed design, planning submissions and construction documentation within a supportive studio culture.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ UK-based practice experience, strong knowledge of planning systems and building regulations, and be proficient in ArchiCAD or willing to learn through training.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning systems, building regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Proven ability to produce technical detailing for residential or similar project types.
• Competent in ArchiCAD, or willingness to learn through structured training.
• Experience delivering bespoke residential and contextual design projects.

Responsibilities

• Involvement across all RIBA stages for bespoke private residential design.
• Detailed design, planning submissions, and construction documentation.
• Provide design responsibility on high quality residential projects within a collaborative studio culture.
