Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking an ARB-registered Architect to join our established practice in Chichester. You will contribute across design, planning, technical and delivery stages, producing coordinated information from concept through construction.

The role demands strong design and technical ability, experience with UK Building Regulations, and clear communication with clients and design teams. Revit experience would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with UK project experience.
• Strong design and technical ability across multiple RIBA stages.
• Experience producing drawing packages and coordinated technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Revit experience would be beneficial.

A Architect job is available in Chichester with an established architectural practice working across sustainable and inclusive projects. You will contribute across design, planning, technical and delivery stages, producing coordinated information and supporting schemes from concept through construction. The role requires an ARB‑registered Architect with UK project experience, strong technical ability and confident communication skills.

Practice & Project Information

The practice works across education, SEND, residential, healthcare, leisure and community‑led projects. Its collaborative approach considers the needs of clients, building users and wider communities. Projects focus on accessibility, wellbeing, sustainability, technical quality and effective delivery, with opportunities for involvement across multiple RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities
