The Talent Bridge is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Business Development Manager to sell apprenticeships across business and professional services, with emphasis on legal and accountancy sectors. This role offers a ramp-up period, eight starts per month, and commission from the first start.
You'll have the freedom to work fully remote, hybrid, or in an office, with a Manchester office available for those who prefer office-based collaboration.
Fed up with unrealistic apprenticeship start targets?
Rubbish commission schemes? Or perhaps no commission at all? College BDMs, we see you!
What about flexibility? Maybe you're fully remote and miss having an office to pop into, or you're expected to be in the office when you'd rather work from home?
Or perhaps you're simply ready for a new challenge or a change of apprenticeship sector?
If any of that resonates, keep reading.
We're recruiting an experienced Apprenticeship Business Development Manager to join a well-established training provider, selling apprenticeships across the business and professional services sectors, with a particular focus on legal and accountancy.
The role comes with an achievable target of eight apprenticeship starts per month following a ramp-up period, commission from your very first start and double commission for exceeding quarterly targets.
You'll also have the freedom to choose how you work, whether that's fully remote, hybrid or office-based, with a vibrant office in central Manchester available for those who enjoy being around a team and live close enough.

It's a chance to build your expertise in these sectors while doing what you already know how to do: winning apprenticeship business.
This is a new business sales role. You'll be responsible for winning new employer clients, selling apprenticeship programmes and turning those opportunities into apprenticeship starts.
You'll have the support of experienced delivery and apprentice recruitment teams, so you can focus on bringing in new business and growing your employer accounts.
