Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an Apprenticeship and Employability Officer to help deliver apprenticeship, work experience and employability programmes across the Trust. You will engage with schools, colleges and community partners to create pathways into NHS careers and support apprentices throughout their journey.

The role includes coordinating events, organising work experience placements and delivering workshops, with emphasis on widening participation

Qualifications

• Experience delivering apprenticeship, work experience or employability programmes.
• Ability to engage with schools, colleges and community partners.
• Strong organisational and event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries about apprenticeships and employability programmes.
• Coordinate work experience placements and apprenticeship activities.
• Deliver workshops and guidance sessions relevant to NHS pathways.
• Maintain systems and documentation related to programmes and provide reports as needed.
