Job summary

Hopwood Hall College is seeking a Work Based Tutor to train apprentices across a range of skills and support End Point Assessment readiness. You will deliver inspirational teaching resources, run structured learning programmes, and record progress in an E-Portfolio system.

Some maths and English development for learners may be required, with transport ownership expected. The role requires managing a caseload, coordinating with employers, and ensuring timely completion of apprenticeship standards

Qualifications

• Appropriate minimum L3 qualification.
• Maths/English Level 2 required.
• Experience in apprenticeship settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of apprentices and develop evidence-based progress.
• Deliver training resources and formative assessment.
• Coordinate learning activities and feedback through E-Portfolio.
• Assist with recruitment and induction of learners.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with apprenticeship standards.
