As an Apprenticeship Trainer, you'll play a key role in supporting apprentices throughout their journey, helping them build the practical skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed. You'll assess and support apprentices across a variety of environments, working closely with employers and learners to ensure they make timely progress and achieve their apprenticeship goals.
You'll also contribute to Internal Quality Assurance, helping us maintain the high standards of training and assessment that our apprentices and employers expect.
Supporting and assessing apprentices across a range of learning and workplace environments.
Working with apprentices and employers to ensure progress towards successful and timely completion.
Providing assessment guidance, reviews and support through drop-in sessions, telephone and email contact.
Adapting your approach to ensure training and assessment are delivered in the most effective way for each apprentice and employer.
Building positive relationships with apprentices, employers and colleagues.
Contributing to Internal Quality Assurance activities where required.
