Job summary

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking an Apprenticeship Systems Administrator based at the Trowbridge Campus to support the Apprenticeship Team, manage digital systems, and maintain accurate records.

In this fixed-term maternity cover role (37 hours per week, 52 weeks), you will deliver training on OneFile and other digital systems, produce reports, manage SharePoint resources, and look for ways to improve data processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, IT or data handling.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues with the OneFile E-Portfolio system.
  • Deliver training on OneFile and other digital systems.
  • Produce accurate reports and maintain apprenticeship data.
  • Manage SharePoint pages and digital resources.
  • Support digital enrolment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain secure and accurate electronic records.
  • Assist with assessor training days.
  • Collaborate with the MIS Apprenticeship Team.
  • Provide timely information to managers and colleagues.
  • Identify ways to improve systems and processes.
  • Ensure data is managed securely and correctly.

Apprenticeship Systems Administrator
Wiltshire College & University Centre - Cross College/Trowbridge Campus

Are you organised, confident with IT systems, and enjoy finding better ways of working? Do you have strong administrative skills and an interest in digital systems, data, and supporting apprenticeships?

Based at our Trowbridge Campus, you'll join the Apprenticeship Team, helping manage the digital systems and processes that support the successful delivery of apprenticeship programmes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an administration, IT, data, customer service, or systems background who wants to develop their career in education.

What We Offer

Salary: £25,304 per year

Contract Type: Fixed Term for maternity cover for 1 Year

Full-Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
