To support the effective management of the College's student laptop loan scheme and digital learning resources while developing skills in business administration, customer service, IT support and asset management.
The postholder will work across both the ICT and Library teams, ensuring that college-owned laptops are maintained, accurately recorded, allocated to the correct users and supported throughout their lifecycle. The role will involve working with students, staff and external stakeholders while maintaining high standards of record keeping and customer service.
