We are excited to support our client in sourcing an Apprenticeship Support Coach to join their team. This home-based position involves supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey.
The provider prides itself on strong industry connections, with founders from senior construction and automotive backgrounds who identified gaps in skills development during training. Their mission is to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions by prioritizing learner experiences.
The Apprenticeship Support Coach will assist learners with progress and administration, conducting regular reviews to ensure they stay on track. The successful candidate will also provide additional support when needed.
Key responsibilities include managing and updating learner records via the e-portfolio system in areas such as:
Additionally, you will work closely with the Partnership Account Team to develop employer relationships, ensuring learner progress aligns with the delivery model. You will conduct effective exit reviews, promote upskilling and personal development, and provide Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG). You will also refer learners to relevant agencies and advocate on their behalf.
Maintaining learner records in line with GDPR, organizing additional support with tutors, and acting as the key contact for learners regarding schedule changes are also essential duties. You will promote initiatives like "Apprentice of the Month" and "Theme of the Month," and raise awareness of government strategies related to safeguarding and the Prevent Duty, reporting concerns as necessary.
Promoting inclusive learning and celebrating diversity is vital, ensuring all learners receive appropriate support and guidance. You will adapt priorities between enrollments and reviews based on business needs and ensure compliance with all Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and Welfare policies.
You are expected to attend all team and company meetings.
